WRSTBND is currently seeking an Account Manager. This critical role supports the Sales Director in managing client relationships and facilitating the sales process from initiation to closure. The Account Manager will be a vital part of the sales team to ensure seamless communication and execution throughout the entire sales cycle. This position is essential to driving our sales efforts and ensuring client satisfaction. It offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to event management through innovative technology. This full-time position is based at our headquarters in New Orleans, LA.

As an Account Manager for WRSTBND, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Sales Leaders in managing day-to-day communications with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Attending and supporting sales calls by gathering necessary information and preparing relevant materials to ensure successful meetings.
  • Creating and managing deals and opportunities within CRM based on directives from Sales Director.
  • Leading the development of initial proposals and quotes as directed by Sales Director.
  • Preparing and managing project Handoff Agendas to ensure all project details are captured and communicated effectively across all teams.
  • Engaging in daily follow-ups to advance the sales process and address any client or team inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinating internal handoff meetings and external kickoff meetings to ensure seamless transitions and communication.
  • Maintaining and distributing meeting notes to keep all team members aligned and informed.
  • Assisting in managing the sales pipeline and contributing to revenue projections as directed.
  • Updating sales statuses and client interactions in Notion to maintain accurate and current records.

  • A strong working knowledge of productivity software, including Windows and Apple operating systems. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, etc. Knowledge of Hubspot, Asana and Notion a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
